To draw attention to the continuing needs of people in the affected areas, United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the governments of the three most affected countries held a special commemorative ceremony on Chernobyl and screened Academy Award-winning documentary "Chernobyl Heart".
